Machining facility consists of classical machines part, CNC machines part and product assembly and controll part.


Classical machining facility  has turning machines (lathes) covering from small to larger dimensions of products. We can machine diameters up to 1.200 mm with 2.500 mm length. We have also milling machines, drills, etc.


CNC machining facility  has CNC lathes and CNC machining centers.


CNC lathes  have the following characteristics :

1) CNC Daewoo Puma 6S - turning diameter 250 mm, 12 tools, rapid movement 30 m, 4.000 rpm, digital controll Fanuc 0-T

2) CNC Colchester Tornado - turning diameter 250 mm, 12 tools, rapid movement 40 m, 6.000 rpm, digital controll Fanuc 21i, separate bar-feeder for continous 24 h / day automatic work

3) CNC Hunger Maschinen C-400 - turning diameter 400 mm, 12 tools, rapid movement 20 m, 3.500 rpm, controll Siemens 6-T, 25 kW engine with gear shift   

4) CNC Hunger Maschinen C-400 - turning diameter 400 mm, 12 tools, rapid movement 20 m, 4.000 rpm, controll Siemens 6-T, 18 kW engine  



CNC machining centers have following characteristics :

1) CNC Mikron  - machining dimensions X x Y x Z = 1000 x 600 x 600 mm, 36 tools, rapid movements 20 m, 6.000 rpm, controll Heidenhein TNC with DNC communication

2) CNC FKR-SRS-250 - machining dimensions X x Y x Z = 840 x 440 x 400, 12 tools, rapid movements 10 m, 3.500 rpm, controll Descon Z-16
